Constitution and Policies

The charity’s operations are governed by its constitution which has been approved by the Charity Commission with day-to-day matters governed by a number of Policies which have been approved by the Trustee Board.

The Trustees have a legal obligation to ensure the charity operates within its constitution as well in compliance with charity law.
