Help us with our fundraising

We have a continuing need to raise money to maintain the two Abbey Fields sites and to run the charity. On top of this we need to raise money for improvement projects or new activities.

Our Vision states that we may in future seek to buy more land! We need a mix of funding sources: so, several types of fundraising are required and will change in importance to us.

We are looking for support with our fundraising efforts in all the following areas:

• Fundraising events

  • Helping out at events (stalls, etc) on the day

  • Are you a star baker who would like to help?

  • Could you get yourself sponsored on our behalf?

• Programme of fundraising activities

  • Could you help us organise a rolling programme of fundraising activities?

  • Can you help with liaison with local business (eg with sponsorship)?

  • Do you have experience of grant applications? Could you help with proposal writing, donor research, or donor report writing?

• Merchandise

  • Do you have ideas and experience in developing and marketing merchandise?
